Job Description:

This is an exciting role with tremendous growth potential. We are seeking an experienced interior designer with 8+ years of experience working on both the creative and management side of design projects. This individual is to have qualities in leadership, creativity, fun, and dependability. This position will have a huge impact on the development of HaylieRead Design, and will work hand in hand with our Principal, Haylie, to continuously grow and enhance HaylieRead Design.

Responsibilities: 

• Senior interior designer on all assigned projects
• Support and mentor junior designers
• Manage design projects from step one to completion
• Manage office schedule and planning with management team
• Business development and growth with Principal’s guidance
• Managing project timelines, budgets, and construction
• Run client experience with support from Principal

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s and/or masters in Interior Design or similar
• 8+ years of professional design experience
• NCIDQ certification preferred
• Proficient in Abode programs
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft suite
• Knowledge in Revit, Chief architect, and/or autocad preferred
• Valid driver’s license
